The apartment was absolutely amazing! It had a cozy living room with a comfy sofa where I could relax after a long day of work. I loved having a well-equipped kitchen with a dining area. It made me feel like I was at home and I could prepare my own meals. The private bathroom with a refreshing shower was a great way to start my day. The provided toiletries were a nice touch. The apartment was air-conditioned, which was a blessing in the hot weather. I could stay cool and comfortable throughout my stay. The complimentary wireless Internet access was a big plus. I could stay connected and get work done without any issues.

Personally, I found the tile/marble floor a bit cold. Others might enjoy it for its modern look though.

Had the pleasure of staying at a place with free parking, free WiFi, and even a hot tub! Totally loved being able to have the entire apartment to myself. Such a convenient city center location!

This place was absolutely incredible! The apartment was spotless, and everything we needed was provided. The beds were so comfy, and we had a great night's sleep. The apartment was spacious, quiet, and peaceful, and the location was amazing. Even though the spa wasn't working when we arrived, Grant was so helpful and offered us a partial refund and had it fixed by the next day. The keyless entry was super convenient, and I loved how easy it was to collect the pin number. The apartment itself was modern and clean, with all the amenities you could want. While not in the center of the city, the street parking was plentiful and it was a short taxi ride to the fabulous Eat Street. The heating options were abundant, and the big fridge and freezer were a nice bonus. The sofas, beds, and pillows were all incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this place and can't wait to stay here again.

I recently stayed at Rose Apartments in Rotorua and had an amazing time. The location was perfect, close to town and all the amenities we needed. The modern and clean rooms were a great touch, and the spa was a wonderful addition, even though the weather was too hot to use it much. The owners were incredibly helpful and provided excellent communication. I especially appreciated Grant's recommendations for our next trip. a fantastic stay that I would highly recommend.
